I love this guy's YouTube channel!! I got this for Christmas and so far, it has not disappointed! I also bought his knives in order to butcher large cuts of meat. I am obsessed!! He teaches you how to butcher different cuts of meat and how to cook it. I hope he writes another one because I know he must have even more fabulous recipes!

I received my new 6 inch boning knife last week. I have used it for trimming meat before cooking, slicing pork chops from a whole pork loin, and slicing onions and bell peppers, and quartering potatoes. This knife can do it all! Highly recommend! The knife holds its edge and is flexible enough to debone meat.

I bought the Butcher Wizard 12" slicing knife thinking it would help in the kitchen. I didn't realize it was going to take control of the operation. This thing glides through meat like it's trying to impress Gordon Ramsay. Brisket, turkey, roast beef - everything suddenly cuts so clean it looks like I hired a culinary surgeon.

I absolutely love it. Very informative and easy to understand. If you follow the information, you can save a lot of money on beef and enjoy better cuts. Great examples of cooking different cuts to maximize the flavor and tenderness. I strongly recommend.

I love this breaking knife! I was watching Butcher Wizard's YouTube video on how to save huge amounts of money by cutting up a 20 lb Chuck Roll into steaks, roasts, etc. and came across this knife. I have plenty of knives, but nothing long that would make an easy job of cutting steaks from a larger slab of beef.
